As pressure to resolve cases earlier and more efficiently, both in dollars and time, continue to mount, the value of considering design, process, and budgets when planning to mediate a dispute has only increased. Mediation has never been one-size-fits-all — and in today’s environment, that is more true than ever.
At Cooper Mediation, we continually refine our mediation offerings based on industry trends, procedural changes, and direct client feedback. By consistently taking the pulse of the market, we are able to offer a variety of mediation formats that align more closely with the realities of the cases being mediated.
With this in mind, the range of mediation formats we offer is evolving. Across our team, counsel can now choose from well-established full-day sessions, flexible morning or afternoon blocks, or roster-style options with a process tailored to the complexity, timing, and needs of the matter, the parties and their lawyers.
Logan Cooper — Roster-Rate Options
In appreciation of how rising costs are influencing decisions about how and whether to mediate, Logan Cooper is offering accessible, roster-rate mediations, designed for efficient and pragmatic resolution:
-Half-Day: $600 (10:00 am–1:00 pm or 2:00 pm–5:00 pm)
-Full-Day: $1,200 (10:00 am – 4:00 pm)
Having conducted over 600 mediations, Logan is pleased to offer clients an experienced approach at an affordable rate. Regardless of the case value, Logan approaches every mediation with the preparation, engagement and persistence it deserves.

Jonathan Cooper — Flexible Time Blocks Based on Case Needs
Based on client feedback, Jonathan Cooper offers distinct half-day and full-day formats, giving counsel flexibility depending on circumstances specific to the case. Going forward, Jonathan will reserve four-hour morning mediations and introduce a three-hour option exclusively in the afternoon:
-Half-Day
Morning: $1,600 (10:00 am–2:00 pm | 4 hours)
Afternoon: $1,250 (2:00 pm–5:00 pm | 3 hours)
-Full-Day: $2,600 (10:00 am–4:00 pm)
By offering three (3), four (4), and six (6) hour options, parties can intentionally match the complexity of the dispute to the appropriate mediation format.

Vance Cooper — Established Format, Consistent Approach
Vance Cooper continues to offer mediations in a familiar half-day or full-day structure, with pricing unchanged:
-Half-Day: $5,175 (10:00 am–2:00 pm or 2:30 pm–6:30 pm)
-Full-Day: $6,900 (10:00 am–4:00 pm)
This option remains well-suited to complex, higher-exposure matters where preparation, depth, and breadth of experience are paramount.
