Designed for lawyers, insurance claims professionals and law clerks of all levels of experience, Logan will lead a discussion that focuses on the central question: what do monetary offers communicate at mediation?
She will run a mock mediation and use polling to dissect offers and movement patterns to understand what they communicate. Participants will learn to formulate and execute plans for achieving goals at mediation.
